T&C for Laye's Pressure Cleaning

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

  • Before the clean starts the customer will have to clear all garden furniture or vehicles from the area that is being cleaned. If for any circumstances the customer is disabled or not physically able to do this, I fully understand and will help you with your assistance in clearing your cleaning area.
  • A digital damage form will be carried out and sent to your email or phone number, before the clean starts reporting any type of damage to the cleaning area i.e cracks, chips, broken block paving , unbalanced walls, severe property damage, raised bulging driveway etc.
  • The work carried out on the customers property will be done to the utmost standard of our ability and professionalism.
  • In the cleaning service area, health and safety will be put in place with cleaning signs/cones if needed.
  • The service clean can vary in time meaning it could be more or less depending on how well the grime comes off.
  • Payments are to be made on the day the service clean has been completed unless otherwise stated by Rich.
  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the service clean being completed. After this time i add a late payment fee of  £3 daily until the invoice has been paid.  



CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITION'S.

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the cleaning service please notify me by phone 24-72 hours before the day is booked so my diary can be updated.
  • If for any circumstances Laye's Pressure Cleaning has to cancel your booking i also will notify you 24-72 hours before the cleaning service is due.
  • You will also receive a phone call 24 hours prior to your service clean due date,  just to make sure we are all set for your service clean.
  • I reserve the right to reschedule your service clean due to any equipment issues and extreme weather conditions that could result in human danger. In the unlikely event that this happens i will notify you as soon as possible.
